For years, the Infiniti automotive brand has made every effort to meet the needs of its clients, whether in terms of the quality of its vehicle or the quality of its customer service, for the clients that come by their car dealerships in Montreal, Laval, the South Shore or elsewhere in the country. And according to a survey carried out by J.D. Power, the Infiniti brand ranks among the Top 5 luxury brands with regard to clientele satisfaction!

This survey, carried out among more than 55,000 American drivers who own a vehicle purchased or leased from the 2016 to 2018 model years, has found that Infiniti stands out from numerous competitors not only with regard to the quality of Infiniti vehicles, but also for the excellence of its customer service! And although this survey was carried out in the United States, the data collected is, for all intents and purposes, similar on this side of the border.

On what criteria were the manufacturers evaluated?

To compile this ranking, respondents had to evaluate different aspects of their customer experience, when showing up at the service department of their Infiniti dealer (or other). The factors evaluated (among others) were the following:

  • Overall quality of service;
  • Ease of appointment booking;
  • Interactions with the advisor in charge of their vehicle;
  • Repairs (quality, time, etc.);
  • Vehicle pick-up (delays, service, etc.)

Manufacturers then received a score over a total of 1000 and were compared to their competitors. And in a field where the competition is fierce, Infiniti did really well in comparison with other luxury car brands!
