1982 Spinelli acquires a new franchise, Fairview Toyota, Pointe-Claire.

1990 Spinelli acquires the Lexus franchise in Lachine.

1991 Spinelli acquires Nissan franchise in Pointe-Claire.

1996 Spinelli acquires Honda franchise.

1998 Noël Spinelli leaves his position to his son Pierre.

2000 Spinelli acquires Mazda franchise.

2001 Spinelli acquires the Infiniti franchise.
